INSANEAIR

About Insane Air

Wild Name. Serious About the Work.

We're a Phoenix-based residential HVAC company built by technicians who got tired of watching homeowners get talked into equipment they didn't need.

Built in the Valley, for the Valley

Insane Air runs out of North Phoenix, and everyone who wears our shirt lives out here too. We know what a 118-degree afternoon does to a condenser on a west-facing roof, what attic duct work looks like in an 80s block home in Glendale, and why the upstairs bedroom in a Peoria two-story never gets cold.

The name gets a reaction. That's the point — we'd rather be the company people remember than another set of initials on a van. What isn't a joke is the work: licensed technicians, measured diagnostics, flat-rate pricing you approve in advance, and installations we're willing to photograph.

Most of our business comes from repeat customers and neighbors they told. That only works if you tell people the truth, including when the truth is 'your system is fine, change the filter, call us in the spring.'

How We Operate

  • Flat-rate pricing approved in writing before any work starts
  • No overtime charges — nights and weekends cost the same
  • Photos and readings shared with every diagnosis
  • Floor protection, shoe covers and full cleanup on every job
  • Repair recommended when repair is right, even on a replacement lead
  • Licensed, bonded and insured technicians — never day labor

In Their Words

Homeowners Who Called Us Back

"Our AC quit at 4pm on a 114-degree Saturday with a newborn in the house. Insane Air had a tech at the door in under two hours, found a burned-out capacitor, and had us cold again before dinner. Priced exactly what they quoted on the phone."
Marisol R. Deer Valley
"Got three bids to replace a 19-year-old builder-grade unit. Insane Air was the only company that measured the ducts and actually explained why the upstairs never cooled. Two-stage system, sealed returns, and my July bill dropped about $90."
Dan K. Peoria
"Straight talk, no scare tactics. Another company told me I needed a whole new system; Insane Air showed me photos of the coil, cleaned it, replaced a contactor, and told me honestly I had a few summers left. That's why they'll get the replacement job."
Tricia H. Scottsdale
